Vietnamese spring roll
Ingredients
- 400 gram of pork meat (can use beef or chicken,…)
- 400 gram of fresh shrimp.
- 300 gram of fresh vermicelli – from Nhat Minh Food
- Rice paper – also from Nhat Minh Food
- Vegetables: Salad, perilla, basil, chives, carrots, cucumbers, etc.
- Chili, garlic, lemon juice.
- Spices:
- Fish sauce
- salt
- sugar
- pepper.
Instructions
- Add 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons warm filtered water into a small bowl and stir well.
- Once the sugar dissolves, add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of fish sauce and stir well.
- Finally, add minced garlic and chili to finish the spring roll dipping sauce.
- Spread the rice paper thinly on a plate, soak it in a little water to wet the rice paper so it’s easy to roll.
- Then after that, you put raw vegetables, fresh vermicelli, meat, shrimp, carrots, cucumbers on top and slowly roll all the ingredients.
- Continue rolling like that until you run out of ingredients.

- You can eat with many other vegetables
