Vietnamese spring roll


  • 400 gram of pork meat (can use beef or chicken,…)
  • 400 gram of fresh shrimp.
  • 300 gram of fresh vermicelli – from Nhat Minh Food
  • Rice paper – also from Nhat Minh Food
  • Vegetables: Salad, perilla, basil, chives, carrots, cucumbers, etc.
  • Chili, garlic, lemon juice.
  • Spices:
    • Fish sauce
    • salt
    • sugar
    • pepper.


  • Add 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons warm filtered water into a small bowl and stir well.
  • Once the sugar dissolves, add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of fish sauce and stir well.
  • Finally, add minced garlic and chili to finish the spring roll dipping sauce.
  • Spread the rice paper thinly on a plate, soak it in a little water to wet the rice paper so it’s easy to roll.
  • Then after that, you put raw vegetables, fresh vermicelli, meat, shrimp, carrots, cucumbers on top and slowly roll all the ingredients.
  • Continue rolling like that until you run out of ingredients.

  • You can eat with many other vegetables
