Sojasaus dressing


Quantity: approx. 200 ml

  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 red chili pepper, seeds retained, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Sokfarm palm vinegar + extra (Miss Linh)
  • 6 tbsp Sokfarm palm amino sauce, + extra (Miss Linh)
  • 1.5 tbsp Palm sugar + extra (Miss Linh)
  • Zest and juice of 1 lime


You can place all the ingredients directly into a glass jar or Mason jar and then add 4 tablespoons of water. Mix everything until the sugar is dissolved.

Taste the sauce to check if it’s sweet-sour, mildly spicy, salty, and fresh. If not, adjust the sauce to your taste by adding more red pepper, apple or rice vinegar, light soy sauce, cane sugar, or water.


Glass jar or Mason jar with a capacity of 300 ml


You can store the dressing in the refrigerator for up to 2.5 weeks.

It’s delicious both as a dip and a dressing for many dishes such as roasted pork belly, roasted duck, crispy chicken wings or salt and pepper shrimp, roasted eggplants.
It also makes a great dressing for ‘western’ salads!
