Crunchy chicken wings glaced in Black pepper sauce

  • Wash chicken wings with clean water, then rinse with diluted salt water to remove the odor, then pat dry.
  • Chopped the garlic.
  • Deep-fry the chicken wings in oil over high heat, 180 degrees Celsius until the chicken skin is crispy and turns golden brown, then take it out. Frying time is about 10 minutes in lo chien with a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Sugar and fish sauce in a 1:1 ratio, that is, add 3 tablespoons of fish sauce and 3 tablespoons of sugar and cook until moderately sweet and golden in color, then turn off the stove and add 1 tablespoon of pepper. Sauté the garlic with a little cooking oil. When the garlic is crispy and fragrant, take it out.
  • But because we have Zwarte Pepersaus on hand, we save time making the sauce.
  • We just fry the chicken wings in the fryer at 180do for 10 minutes, then take them out to drain the oil. Use a small spoon to scoop the sauce, coat each chicken wing evenly with the sauce and add crispy fried garlic until you can eat it. Very simple and delicious.
